Construction site between 85th and 87th on Phinney Ave. Multiple cement trucks drove through the neighborhood before 6:30am in March 18th, the trucks were backing onto Phinney Ave, constant loud beeping noise.

PER PHONE COMPLAINT: They are not using the proper contruction barriers. They are digging up the ground creating an unstable condition where my own house could slide. Also, survey market in rear was removed.

Per Online: Ground disturbance around vacant building (to address over grown lot I assume) leaves huge potential for erosion once the rain returns. No erosion control associated with ground disturbance. Was permit issued for ground disturbance? Vacant building covered in graffiti and is a community eyesore.
