Several black mold spots in ceiling. Landlord came by 4/14 to install new dishwasher. Behind dishwasher there is mold in floor and ground as well as rodent feces. Her stove outlet is on the ground, safety hazard. Contactors recommended new flooring be installed before replacing dishwasher. Landlord refusing to make repairs, is essentially covering issues up. Requesting inspection.
