I moved out of my rental unit on October 21, 2024. I received notice that I would be received my deposit in full on November 15th, 2024. To date, I have only received a partial refund from the rental company despite them saying in writing that I am receiving the full amount. They keep telling me that the rest is in the mail, but I have not received anything. They cannot send me any verification that it has been sent. It has been well over thirty days at this point.

The buildings dryer has been broken since 09/27/23. I have made multiple attempts to reach out and they keep saying someone will come look at it, but no one ever does. It's been over two months and is still not working. I don't have a washer/dryer in my unit as well so I rely on that.
