Similar to numerous previous years, the owner has over 5 dogs on her property (doggie day care) and leaves them home alone. (Violation of SMC 23.42.050 H and 23.42.052 A) While she is gone, the dogs bark non-stop and can be heard inside of the next house. She has been previously cited, but makes no effort to comply with the law.

Complainant counted 7 dogs outside. Owner said she has 5 dogs sometimes. Inspection had all animals inside and no owner home. Barking/Activity created noise that crossed to adjacent property.Doing citation for animal amount and NOV for Home OCC noise crossing to adjacent properties.

Our neighbor is still running a doggie daycare out of her home. Similar to the last 2 years complaints, constant dogs barking inside and outside her home. up to 6 dogs there on a typical basis.
