Opened August 8, 2025

Tenant was given a 90day notice so owners sister can move in. Always had a year lease for the last 5yrs then July 1st switched to month to month with no notice. Received new lease Mid July that goes in effect August 1st so that sister can move in October 1st. On section 8 would like to know rights?
