Per online complaint "My neighbor is parking a large RV on her property. The RV is parked parallel with an SMC 23.44.016.D.8 - Trailers, boats, recreational vehicles and similar equipment shall not be parked in required front and side yards or the first 10 feet of a rear yard measured from the rear lot line."
