There are 6 or 7 smoke or carbon monoxide detectors continuously chirping with low batteries, averaging a beep every 10 seconds. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year. Because sound carries weirdly, I do not know the exact location. The address given (8801 Delridge Way SW) is the apartment building where I live and I hear the chirping from my south facing unit. I think it is possible some of the alarms may be from vacant units in this building, but property management has failed to res

Complex mailbox servicing all units has been damaged for two years. A month ago, the mailbox became so damaged that USPS refuses to deliver mail until it is fixed. Property management will not respond to complaints to fix the mailbox.
