There is construction occurring at 8802 35th Ave NE, Seattle WA 98115. This is a residential zone, and per the SDCI website construction must stop at 7 PM each day.With the longer summer days, the work has routinely gone past 7 PM, and even past 9 PM multiple days. I have documentation of at least a half dozen days where they worked late.I understand that construction is never convenient, but this is a major disruption to our ability to enjoy peace and quiet in the evenings.

Per Online; I've been loving at this location for about 2 years. The landlord is renting out 8 bedrooms in a 5 bedroom house. She's a slum lord. The room I'm currently renting does not have a heater in it. My bedroom door does not have a deadbolt on it. I think their is mold growing in my room. My shirts in my closet have mold on them. I told my landlord she told be to bleach the wall.

garbage outside of garbage can along with numerous can's of garbage,yardwaste,recycle (more than a typical single family home) are ALWAYS left out ON the street and impeding safe flow of traffic o n NE 88th street.
