Per online complaint "Occupant operates a piano school from this residential property (http://jeffreypettijohn.com/). The studio is not soundproof and creates a noise disturbance for neighborhood residents. When asked to address the noise issue, occupant refused. Please make occupant soundproof his studio. Thank you!"
