mold on patio, dry rot due to water damage, also sever smells coming from other units smells like meth & marijuana health hazard (see 001029-22CP)

Can't regulate heat due to broken thermostat, mold on patio, toilet & tub needs re-caulking. Management won't enforce the no smoking policy and I continuously getmarijuana smoke into my unit. I have tape over the vents as advised bymanagement. Management refuses to make repairs and their response is for meto stop complaining.

Maintenance took the handrail from my stairs on 10/4 and has not replaced it. They damaged two stairs on the stairwell that have caused accidents this weekend. It is the only entry/exit to my apartment and it is now considerably unsafe for me and my children.
