Hello,Our apartment has been "under construction" for 6 months after our pipes burst. Our landlord and property manager have been non communicative and have outright lied to us about the progress. We would like relocation services, as we were told our unit would be back the first week of July but it still has no walls. This property manager dragged his feet and did the same thing to other tenants living in this building. He has pressured us to move, has told us we are not eligible for assista
