Per online complaint: "This information was received at CSB via online form and entered on this form by Cynthia Phillips at CSB. Burki wrote "Vegetation is encroaching on the sidewalk. It is nearly impossible to remain on the sidewalk while passing some of the shrubbery -- especially when it is wet from the rain."
