STEPS LEADING TO THE 2ND LEVEL OF THE HOUSE DIP DOWN AND ARE VERY UNSAFE. TOILET EXPLODED AND CONTINUALLY RUNS. BASEMENT IS FULL OF WATER FROM THE RAIN. BIG GAP UNDER THE ENTRY DOOR AND NO SEALS AROUND THE WINDOWS.12/27/05: tenant called today and wanted to know if an inspector had been assigned because she wants to move and believes that as soon as this inspection occurs we will be giving her relocation money.
