Landlord has been harassing tenant, police have been called on different occasions. Unit was unlivable when tenant first moved in, tenant had to fix up so many things in order to make it decent and livable. There are holes in the unit that landlord has not fixed, they have turned off the wifi without notice. This is tenants main source of income and communication. What are rights?
