Tenant says management has asked him to vacate home, temporarily because of black mold. Management is starting a mold removal process and tenant cannot stay while this process is happening. Tenant wants to know if he qualifies for TRAO, because his finances are limited and he cannot afford to pay to relocate with his son while this is happening. He needs to relocate ASAP.
