My water in my kitchen sink barely runs on cold. As in, when I turn the handle to cold water, it barely releases any water and the water it does release is yellow. This was noted in my move-in inspection April 24, 2026 for repair and I've requested repair multiple times from my leasing manager. They have not taken action and stopped responding to my requests. I believe this is a violation of Subchapter 22.206.050(D) of the Seattle Title 22 Building and Construction Codes.

Remodeling apartment building - strong chemical smell in unit across the hall. Chemicals are causing adults to cough (even with wet towels under the doors) - very concerned for infant visitor. Has asked workers to do something such as install blowers but all they've done is open doors.
