Elevator has been down for more than 21 days. This leads to inconvenience, long wait times on other elevators and is a security risk as I(tenant) has to leave the south building to go pickup packages and mail and then walk on the sidewalks back to the south building with my mail/packages in my hand.

Electric car lift in parking garage is broken. I haven't had access to my car since Monday, July 6, 2026. I have lost work hours, wages, ability to grocery shop and we've missed important appointments. I have sent multiple emails to management with no resolution or ETA in sight. We have been told to Uber everywhere and be reimbursed but, we are at 5 days now and it's not financially feasible.
