The Brickhouse at 9002 12th Ave. NE. was torn down in mid May and had fencing around a tree in southwest corner of lot. The notice on the fencing around this tree stated "tree protection area". A few days later when I walked by, the tree had been filled, and the fencing with this notice was laying nearby. See photos attached. It appears to me the developer disobeyed a tree ordinance. I'm starting with your office to file a complaint against this developer. Sincerely, A concerned neighbor

Violation by cutting a tree down that was supposed to be protected. The tree had signs on it to protect the tree and a fence around it with similar signs. The construction company destroyed the tree and ripped it apart when leveling the lot for a new construction.

Hello,The brick house at 9002 12th Ave NE that was torn down last week had fencing around a tree in SW corner of lot. The notice on the fencing around this tree stated "Tree Protection Area". This weekend when I walked by, the tree had been felled and the fencing with this notice was laying nearby. Photos are available if needed. It appears the developer disobeyed a tree ordinance. Who should this be reported to? I'm starting with your office.Sincerely,A concerned neighbor
