Per online complaint dated 10/9/2005: "Owner's have left garbage in the yard after a tenant moved out. It's been over a month and they have made no attempt to clean up even though they have cleared other waste. I asked if they had plans to clean up the trash and they were very rude. The house is listed with John L. Scott."
