Unit above had flood in bathroom, causing extensive water damage throughout complainants unit. Water in bathroom, kitchen, and hallway. Ceiling is drooping down. Incident occurred Sunday and landlord is delaying repairs. Currently cannot use kitchen. Complainant is seeking tenant rights and requesting inspection.
