Violation of RCW 59.18.100 and/or 59.18.070(3)Mail delivery has been halted by USPS since September 9th at The Dover (901 6th Ave Seattle ,WA 98104) because the maintenance guy at the time broke the mail box clusters. I sent my landlord and property manager written notice via email on September 22nd requesting repair or replacement of the mailboxes. Unit 4, 901 6th Ave. Several ongoing conditions:1. A city order requiring a window in my unit be made operable was never complied with. Requesting the existing case be reviewed. 2. The building fire alarm panel has been in a trouble/fault condition for months, audible beeping once a day and stays on unless reset. Tenants have been silencing it manually. Management is aware.
