There has been continuous street construction on Hiawatha and S Charles, it feels like every other week the street is being torn apart and put back together. We used to get notices of planned construction, but we never do anymore. I wish they would do all the work at once and get it all done, instead of continually demolishing and then repaving. On top of this, we have a new building being constructed next to us, so it is constant noise, difficult walking/sidewalk closures, the street trees kee
