There is permitted construction happening across Aloha St. to the South at the corner of Aloha and Taylor. I do not know the Permit #s but the work is being done for a store called CycleGear.The crew regularly starts work (outdoors, moving Genie lifts, throwing trash in dumpsters, etc.) around 6:30 am.I am the manager of the apartment building to the north and this activity is a consistent nuisance to myself and my tenants.

He would like clarity regarding information provided by DULCIE O'SULLIVAN.What is the required verbage to include on Rent Increase Notifications? This is the information directing the tenant to contact SDCI if they have questions regarding their rights.

calling on behalf of a tenant who uses a wheel chair and is unable to access this area due to extensive length of repairs taking place. Dry rot problem on 2nd story deck leading from the building to the tenant parking in alley. Area has been blocked off for 2 weeks. view from aloho street or the alley. There is a visible crack in the structure where it attaches to the building.
