I moved in 1/8/24,and found a buginfestation. Thebasement is unfinished and breeding ground forbugs. The ownerstated his is notgoing to refinishthe basement. Iwant to break thelease without penalty and receivea full refund. Update 2/6: landlord requesting tenant move out, possible retaliation.
