Per Inspector: lives in a 4plex. received a letter - landlord wants to do renovations and they can't be in the apartment. seems like construction, but the landlord isnt telling them details. They are kicking them out, and telling them to reapply after rennovaiton is completed. want to end lease prematurely. Only 60-day notice. See attached document
