ZONING--per online--Resident has five vehicles parked on the street, some of which are in front of our house, and does not move them despite repeated requests over a three year period to do so. He also has a rooster.

04.18.2018 HM _ Observed outdoor junk storage including but not limited to 2 inoperable vehicles, pile of empty cans of pet food, deteriorated cabinet, lumber, plastic tarps, vegetation clippings, bricks, and other misc. rubbish and debris around the exterior property.

per CSB complaint: PER SPU: JUNK STORAGE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY AND JUNK STORAGE IN THE DUMPSTER IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. THIS IS FOR SDCI AND/OR SDOT TO CHECK OUT. "This Dumpster has been sitting on the street for at least 3 months, I don't see a permit displayed anywhere. This dumpster sticks out in the street which makes is difficult for a large vehicle to pass. The address I gave is the approximate location.
