On March 7th, 2024, I requested maintenance for a ceiling leak in the kitchen that no one has fixed or has been contacted for. On March 28th, 2024, I had to request another maintenance and have emailed a work order and the DSB Investments (property management) for ceiling damage that has formed a hole where more water was coming out.
