Building has mold everywhere contacted management multiple times nothing has been done. There is a stucco wall towards the front exit that flexes like is about to fall very concerning. Left side of the unit cought fire in September and now doing remodeling but no sign of permit since wiring was damage from the fire. Old wiring that trips evertime microwave is operated no exhaust fan in bathroom multiple code violations through the whole building.

BUILDING CAUGHT FIRE LAST WEEK, UNIT NOT DIRECTLY AFFECTED BUT UNITS ACROSS HALL WERE AFFECTED. WORRIED ABOUT ASBESTOS. COMCERNSABOUT ELECTRICAL FIRE ISSUES, NOT SURE IF STRUCTURALLY SOUND. STRONG SWEET SMELLS FROM FIRE. HALL HAS SOOT, HEATERS ARE LOCATED NEAR OUTLETS. MANAGEMENT NON-RESPONSIVE TO CALLS
