Water pipe burst (12/6) in upstairs unit that caused damage in tenants unit. Kitchen and living room being remodeled. There is exposed ventilation and wires. Remodeling started (12/14) Mgmt saying it'll take 1 1/2 - 2 wks. Not able to use certain parts of unit, what are rights?

We have had a lot of maintenance issues with our building, and based on the RRIO certificate, we believe we were allowed to move into the building before it had been approved safe by the city. We moved in during August of 2021, and the RRIO certificate lists the building as compliant 4 months later in December of 2021. For example we had water coming through our ceiling in the first month of rent. Balconies locked, door fobs consistently broken, mail locker room took over a year, trash not pick

We have had a lot of maintenance issues with our building, and based on the RRIO certificate, it is fact that the majority of the residents (including myself) were moved into the building and informed it was legal to sign a lease, prior to the complex receiving a license of occupancy. The City of Seattle had not certified this address as "safe" nor legally a residence, in general, to be considered "liveable" or able to be occupied. I signed my lease in August 2021, and moved into my apartment

I am submitting this complaint regarding my property management company's failure to restore access to my mailbox within a reasonable timeframe.I first notified property management of the issue on July 4 and have made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve it directly through maintenance requests, text messages, emails, and follow-up communications. Despite these efforts, I have been without mailbox access for over two weeks. During that time, the original work order stalled, I was required
