CSB Customer is very upset that an issue they reported in November has gone unaddressed. The matter has been passed between Solid Waste and Illegal Dumping with each determining it is the other. An inspector visited the site and reported no violation with the request closed. Customer has offered to send pictures but is told she cannot as they cannot be added to the report. Customer was directed to contact SDCI but does not understand why SPU could not address the matter or forward to SDCI. Cust

Our elevator has been out of order since January 19th. Landlord has only sent two updates within this timeframe saying the part needed is unavailable. We have a few residents that are unable to use the stairs and I worry for their safety and health.

Significant junk storage in the alley including several mattresses, chairs, other furniture. It forced the trash bin to block the neighbors trash can and sometimes blocks the alley for cars. This is ongoing .
