Neighbor has made his own driveway with two fences, one green one black, equaling 17ft in length across. He has put a piece of construction paper (18x22) on the fences saying Do not park in front of gate. Neighbors share this space.

Per 6/29/08 online complaint (rec'd 7/8/08 by VAS): "Construction workers are building on to the house and appear to be rebuilding the foundation, but I can't seem to find any permits for any of the work online. Junk storage can be viewed from 9th Ave SW side. People who were causing all the problems have moved out recently. Building is vacant, BUT not open to entry.
