Tenant had a notice from COS for a 30day water shutoff notice posted on door. Tenant says the utilities have been paid, it's added into the monthly rent. All tenants will be effected. Metropolitan Mgmt. is owner believes this might be happening at all of their buildings, says their slumlords. What are rights?

There was a fire in the building next door the morning of January 1st at 5:08am. The fire department responded and proceeded to put out the fire Consequentially, it caused damage to my building.
