Management also not addressing electrical issue where there is a loud electrical hum/buzz outside of the 3rd floor western side - noise penetrates to apartment and suggests unsafe wiring - previous service requests to the building have gone unaddressed.

Per online: No working tub/shower. Unsanitary conditions. copper shavings, sludge and debri in my tub that did not originate from my apt.The unit below has been the access point for fixing in the past. plumbers denied access to it because it is torn up. plumbers advice is not being followed by owner.

per online complaint: I was notified of building construction to start 7/25. It started this weekend ahead of schedule, a mess was made, outdoor storage of junk and debris, and there is no records of them having a work permit. This is in an designated Environmentally Critical Area.
