SR #24-00282514Saw a drugged up homeless guy walked by, he came out of the garage of this vacant house. He wore skinny blue jeans with dark jacket covering his head. His walking posture definitely not normal. This past couple weeks have had many suspicious homeless people camping out in the garage. Please help keep neighborhood safe for the residence. There has been too many suspicious activities lately, loud disturbances, violence, and even gun shots. Please help.
