The building has not been keeping up with garbage and recycling. Garbage/recylcing rooms are full and the trash chute is backed up. Garbage is piling up so much that the whole parking garage has a strong odor. We don't have a reliable way to get trash and recycling out of the building, so items are piling up. This is unacceptable considering we pay for this service. Also we're in a pandemic and our waste should be removed from the building in a timely manner, particularly now.

Per Online; Garbage has been piling up for weeks.  Residents are unable to dispose of trash.  The property is filthy due to this pileup and neglect of proper removal.  Property management has received multiple complaints, however the issue has seen no resolution.  This is quickly becoming a health issue.

This is a new apartment building. I believe there are major flaws in the structure and foundation that allow for leaking into the underground garage.  This morning there was a major leak into the garage above the electrical box this morning and it appears that water is leaking in through the foundation. As this was only a product of light rain, I fear that the foundation of the building may be compromised with more rain, colder temperatures, and the potential for freezing.  I
