copied from 5/1/13 online complaint: "The owner of this property is doing major earth work and looks like they are building somethig big. all of the dirt is dumped on in the sidewalk and we can not walk on it. I have checked and there is no permit for anything, also they have cut down some big trees on the property. Thanks"ss work?? no active permits at this address.
