Per phone call: Complainant states there is black mold growth, lack of plumbing in downstairs bathroom, non-fuctional heat for past 4 months. Property is not registered with RRIO. Landlord continiously enters property without proper notice. Separate POTA SR created for eviction notice/retaliation.
