PER CSB: Our neighbors at 9050 32nd ST SW are dumping garbage, mattresses, TVs, and appliances in the alley between our properties.There is abandoned garage on the property that has boarded up. I believe rodents and raccoons are nesting in it. It does not look structurally sound, or safe and there are children living in the house.
