Repair of kitchen faucet handle, washer and dryer, and alot of insects inside the kitchen, it has been one month or more since I placed the work order with them , but they never did the work for us ,not only me they to all the tenants this issue. On 13th of January, they were moved out of apartment due to pipe burst but are being charged the same amount of rent despite the apartment being less bedrooms. They are wondering if this is legal and their rights as a tenant. Complainant is Spanish-speaking only.
