POTA--per phone call--tenant lied about everything on his app. Landlord did not find out until after he moved in. He refuses to abide by laundry hours, parking rules and has told the landlord that he doesn;'t need to comply to her rules because she is not the owner. He ignores all complex rules and the landlord wants to know if there are any loopholes to getting him evicted
