908B 3rd Ave N has installed an A/C unit very close (within 1 foot) of 908A. This does not appear to be code compliant and also causes noise. The AC unit is on the top floor balcony of 908B which faces east (back yard of the unit).

I also called this complaint in this morning but realized after that I did not provide adequate details about the complaint location on site. This is in regards to connected townhouses.On the eastern face of the townhouses above the yards, 908B installed a mini split AC unit on the 4th floor balcony outside the bedroom and adjacent to the 908A bedroom.
