On or around June 16th 2025 a grease fire occurred on the rooftop grill at Eclipse Fremont Apartments (909 N 39th St, Seattle, WA 98103). The fire was reportedly caused by lack of maintenance and buildup of grease in the grill area. The fire was extinguished using a fire extinguisher, which left behind significant residue and debris across the rooftop space.As of today, over a month later, the rooftop grills and surrounding area remain visibly damaged and covered in fire suppression residue a
