Garbage cans of the apartment scattered all over the street and have taken over parking spaces that are not on the apartments property. Overgrown weeds are taking over other properties and owner will not do anything about it. He told everyone to contact the city because he doesn't care. This apartment is not up to code either.

Landlord is threatening mewith eviction because he continues to accuse me of spilling something, creating a mold/mildew issue. Whatare my rights?Also reports an issue with moisture in the unit, noisy shower and a possibly busted dishwasher.

Per online complaint:"Major vegetation overgrowth forcing peds to walk in street to bus stops along Ravenna Ave NE. No addresses - parcel ID's are: 8641500480, 8641500500, and 8641500150. Overgrowth exists along Ravenna Ave NE from NE 92nd St to NE 90th St. Also working w/ SDOT to clear public ROW. I have pix & maps."
