This property has been under construction since 2014 and has constantly violated the property line of our property 924 13 Ave constantly It is worse today as they have dumped their excavation dirt on the north sidewalk of our house it is impassible. please do something about this

Ara Lawrence and the tenants live in 910 13th Ave Seattle, WA 98122.Despite informing them, they continue to use the neighbors' garbage, recycling and compost bins.They do not own the house, they are leasing the house from a previous owner James Harris, and it appears that the number of tenants exceed the allowable number based on HUD's rental regulations.
