Complaint: LandLord/Tenant
Opened January 23, 2025
Landlord is 18k delinquent on the water bill. We have recieved a 24 hour shutoff notice, going into effect 1/24/2025. The landlord, Todd Sechrist, will not respond to emails or texts for the last 30 days regarding this issue. We pay him water every month, he has just not paid it. He also has not paid the electric bill and we have recieved a shutoff notice for that as well.
