Our second story patio railing has fallen off due to damage from a third party that happened 2 months ago that landlords never fixed. Even now that it has fallen completely off, no plan to fix it. We have tried to get this fixed since the day it was damaged.

Per Online; Landlord is storing/ not disposing trash/junk in the parking lot.*back corner next to dumpster. It is a hazard for health and safety. The amount of junk sitting out there is increasing. This has been an issue for at least a year. I'm not able to make complaint to management as they may say they can create a trash pile or think I'm complaining too much. Tenants were notified about some changes being made in the building; went on for a week. They were doing work outside the scope of was originally stated. Now tenants were notified about popcorn ceilings having a percentage of asbestos. Notice of abatement was given. What are rights?
