Field next to our townhomes has a person that has brought a bunch of garbage to build a home. We have VERY LIMITED parking and recently the city put no parking sign on half of the street, the part of the street that is ok to park in full of trash and this person's garbage. He brings bad people in to the neighborhood and things are starting to get stolen from our yard. This person has stolen lumber and things out of the neighbors yard and has also stolen stuff from my backyard. They burn garbage
