Upon numerous requests for a new lease, the landlord, Mathew, would not provide one. The lease currently on file with him does not include the security deposits we paid, and does not have any of the current residents on it. Also, none of the five tenants in the house were ever provided with any documentation of our deposits, of which I am still owed $540, or furnished with copies of the registration paperwork for the house as a rental unit.
