Encampment is being established in a fenced off lot with a no trespassing order. Originally was just in the back, and tarps were hung on the fences which obstructed the view. But over the past week, seems to be growing and now includes tents. This encampment is next to an early child education center. Last week my son found a shiv across the street while walking to school, which I suspect may be related to this encampment.
