Excessive noise regularly before 7am. From both construction sites are the corner of spruce and broadway/fir and 10th. From the looks of it the one on spruce and broadway was pouring concrete today and it sounds like a jack hammer.

POTA--per phone call--complainant relocated from San Antonio, Texas. Previous management allowed 4 people in a 1 bedroom. Lease agreement was signed with the knowledge of the number of occupants. New management says there are too many people in the unit. There was no 2 bedroom available. They are being told they need to move
