Landlord failed to provide our security deposit refund after 21 days following the end of our rental agreement. We contacted them by phone, email, and visited their office in person. They did not respond. They finally sent us a check 61 days after the end of our rental agreement and withheld an unacceptable amount of money on false claims, which we can refute with email evidence.

Extra look at required landscaping under this construction project. Complainant stated that there is an open backyard space with bark and it is not in the scope of the project.***Is landscaping per Permit 6191101? Approved plans show a portion of the back yard to include a lawn and kinnikinick (a small leaved ground cover). See attached approved landscaping plan.***
